| Variable, typically 1 - 5 days | Software developers, tech leads, and engineering managers |
Workshop format
This is an interactive workshop, not a fixed curriculum. We work directly on your codebase and on the engineering problems your team actually wants to solve with AI. The agenda is shaped together with you up front, so we focus the time where it pays off the most.
Length is flexible. A focused topic fits into one day, a full migration or team-onboarding programme typically runs three to five days. Sessions can be onsite or fully virtual.
Example workshop topics
- Migrating legacy applications with AI assistance
- Setting up AI-driven code review on your repository
- Generating and hardening test suites for an existing codebase
- Building custom skills, slash commands, and MCP integrations for your team
- Automating Git, CI, and pull request workflows with coding agents
- Rolling AI tooling out across a team without burning trust
Tell us what your team needs and we tailor the workshop accordingly.
Prerequisites
Solid software development experience in any modern language. Comfort with the command line, Git, and pull request workflows. No prior experience with AI coding agents is required; a Claude (or comparable) account is recommended for the hands-on parts.
